When I first discovered the principles and training techniques inside the Jump Manual, I went from jumping around 28" to over 40". This is the same system that ESPN, Men's Health, Sports Illustrated, Fadaway Magazine all called me about wanting to learn. They literally would send reporters to fly out to my gym and train with me to find out what I was doing.
In 2006 I decided to write out everything I discovered into a step-by-step system that anyone could follow. That was the first edition of the Jump Manual and since then everything exploded. We've sold over 70,000 copies and I've trained athletes with this system in person in over 43 different countries around the world, including Pro and Olympic level athletes from all different kinds of sports (not just basketball).
